To get started, you will need to fill out an application. Upon turning in the application, we charge a non-refundable processing fee of $20. Processing the application can take anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days depending on how quickly we hear back from employers, landlords, references etc... We also conduct a background check. If approved, an appointment will be set to fill out the rental agreement and pay the security deposit in full. Prorated rent or the full first months rent will need to paid before picking up keys.
***Security Deposit: Same as the rent for residential, usual double the amount of the rent for commercial units.
Rental History: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY RENTING A PROPERTY TO A POTENTIAL RENTER DUE TO LACK
OF GOOD RENTAL HISTORY, STEADY EMPLOYMENT OR LYING ON THE APPLICATION
